Tenant Expansion in Landmark White Plains Building Brings Occupancy to 95%
WHITE PLAINS, New York — Ambar Commercial Realty and LDG Properties are proud to announce that Empire Core is the latest company to lease office space at 199 Main Street, an historic property in White Plains, NY.
The construction management company added an additional 2,650 sf to their existing space and now occupies the entire 10th floor, totaling 3,800 sf of leased office space.
The re-negotiated 6 year lease included office build-out, new common corridors and restrooms, similar to the renovation work recently completed on the 8th floor of the building.
